Our Booking Terms

Get yourself fully informed about the terms and conditions to become more confident before selecting your upcoming journey with Flyin Budget. We advise you to ensure yourself about all the pertinent details, relating to your trip either on the website or in the confirmation that we send before issuing your ticket. Before taking a step towards your journey through Flyin Budget, kindly read and figure out the following mentioned General Terms And Conditions (GTC):

01. OUR CONTRACT

Booking your trip is very easy with Flyin Budget! We book your trip just on the basis of information provided by you either by phone or email. After that, a confirmation is sent to you. Services that will be provided by the Flyin Budget are mentioned with details in the confirmation letter/ email. So it’s your responsibility to read out the letter carefully before confirming.  This letter will be considered as the strong contract between you and the company. Make sure that all the information provided is correct regarding your travel. If any inaccuracy found, contact the company immediately. The company reserves the right to make changes before you approve the letter/ email. Kindly read all the terms and conditions carefully to understand all the details including itinerary, physical requirements and proper schedule of the journey. 

02. SERVICE VALIDITY

The services are valid for the specific dates and airlines mentioned briefly in the letter/ email or flight tickets. Flight tickets, in particular, are only valid for the specific Airlines, for which they were purchased. It is not allowed to make any transfer of Airline or make any changes in flight time or add any stopover during the customer’s journey.  In any unideal situation like missing a flight or leaving a flight on a specific route, customers have to re-invoice the ticket price but that may be higher than the original price of initially booked tickets.

03. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT FOR BOOKING

A deposit amount is required at the time of booking your trip.  This amount is just £100 to £300 per person. The remaining amount is not required at the same time.  However, if you fail to pay the remaining amount due to a change in plan or any other reason, the deposit amount will be considered non-refundable. Some selected trips may require a higher deposit.

04. FINAL PAYMENTS ON APPROVAL OF BOOKING

After accepting your booking on the basis of information provided and deposit paid, Flyin Budget will send you a confirmation letter/ email which will be considered as a strong agreement between you and us!  Remaining payment method and dates are specified on the letter/ email along with all the essential information. To save you from any inconvenience during the journey, company has a rule that final or remaining expenditures should be paid before departure date or by the time mentioned in confirmation letter as some trips need earlier payments than the other. Kindly follow the payment date prescribed in the letter. If the date is not followed, the company reserve the right to cancel your booking.

05. PASSENGER ESSENTIAL AND AUTHENTIC DETAILS

It’s a very crucial part of planning a trip. A person should give all the essential details along with the final payment so that travel arrangements can be done properly. These details include your full name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue, and expiry date. You must also inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. Make sure all the details are provided.  In case of any wrong data provided, Flyin Budget is not responsible for any loss.

06. BOOKING AMENDMENTS

In order to make changes to your bookings, it is compulsory that you submit your modification requests in written form. If written confirmation is not provided, it may results in delay or inability to process any changes until the necessary documentation is received. This is to ensure that all modifications to your travel arrangements are accurately recorded and promptly executed. It is also important to note that any changes to additional arrangements made in connection with your trip may result in different charges, which will be conveyed to you at the time of the requested modifications. Further, a standard administration fee of £50 will be applied to cover the costs associated with processing the changes.

07. CANCELLATION BY THE AIRLINE

The airline reserves the right to cancel a scheduled trip almost 30 days prior to departure in due to external factors such as terrorism, natural disasters, or political instability. These aspects make it inappropriate for us to operate the itinerary as planned. In such cases, an alternative travel date for affected passengers will be provided by the Airline. However, if you decline the offered alternative and instead request a travel date of your own choosing, you will be responsible for any fare difference and an administrative fee. If the airline is unable to provide an alternate option, you will receive a full refund, but the administrative fee will still apply. Please be aware that refunds process in some instances, may take longer. Your booking consultant will recommend any possibility according to your schedule or notify you about the process.

08. CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER

In case if you need to cancel your ticket, the person who made the booking, must notify us in written form. Please be aware that most cancellations will result in a 100% loss of the total cost of all travel arrangements. We advise to consult with your reservation adviser and consider booking a refundable/changeable ticket, although it should be noted that refundable tickets will only be refunded after a cancellation charges and admin fees. Additionally, partially used tickets are non-refundable. Note that charter flights carry a 100% cancellation fee both before and after ticket issuance.

09. AGE & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

It is to be noted that the most of our tours have a minimum age requirement of 12 years. Any traveler under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or by an escort or care taker who is at least 18 years old and appointed by the legal guardian. The legal guardian or appointed attendant will be responsible for the day-to-day care of the traveler under the age of 18. If a legal guardian chooses to designate an escort, they must complete and sign a relevant document to delegate their authority. While we can provide information on mandatory health requirements, it is important to note that we are not medical experts. Therefore, it is your responsibility to obtain proper and detailed medical advice at least two months prior to your travel date to ensure that you are aware of the latest health requirements and recommendations for your destination.

10. TRAVEL INSURANCE

To furnish our clients with a safe and enjoyable travel experience, we highly recommend that you obtain a personal travel insurance policy that provides comprehensive coverage for personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and death. Your insurance policy may also includes coverage for cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, and loss of luggage and personal effects. Your tour leader will collect information about your travel insurance on the first day of the trip to ensure that you have the necessary coverage.  We want you to carefully review the General Terms and Conditions of your insurance policy before departure so that you have a full understanding of the coverage and benefits provided. By doing so, you can have peace of mind knowing that you have adequate insurance coverage during your travels.

11. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

12. PRICES AND SURCHARGES

We would like to inform you that our trip prices are subject to change due to variable and seasonal pricing, which is a common industry practice. This means that the prices for our trips may fluctuate at any time based on factors such as demand, market conditions, and availability. If you find a price that you are happy with, we encourage you to book your trip as soon as possible. Once a deposit is paid and the quote is received, the price will be locked in. Please note that any reduced pricing or discounts that become available after you have paid your deposit will not be applicable. If you decide to cancel your booking in order to take advantage of a lower price, regular cancellation conditions will apply.

13. CHANGE OF ITINERARY

Changes can be made by the company due to any technical issue, as the company reserves the right to do so. Similarly, the Airline can delay or change the departure date due to any valid reason.  But nothing to worry about, as the excellent team of Flyin Budget informs you about all the changes made before the departure of your flight. It is suggested to make a call before a day of departure to have an update about your trip.

14. PASSPORT AND VISA

It is very important to carry all the authentic and required documents including valid passport, the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip; please visit the website for details. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation. In such lacking of required document, the company is not responsible.
